The newest concept of Duke Brothers Hospitality Group, "The Oak Room Lounge" is getting busier and busier every weekend and needs to expand our staff ASAP .

Under the supervision of the Bar Manager and ownership the bartenders and servers are responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. The bartender is responsible primarily for serving, setting-up and clean-up the Oak Room Lounge. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests of service bar following standard recipes; and is attentive to guests, making them feel welcome, at all times. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to company’s specifications, courteously and efficiently.
•  Collect payments.
•  Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
•  Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol.
•  Clean up after customers and clean work area.
•  Maintain liquor and bar supplies.
•  Greets guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner.
•  Reports of needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisors.
•  Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
•  Serve food to customers.
•  Handles cash receipts.
•  Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
•  Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
•  Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
•  Reporting missing articles, damaged or mechanical problems in area equipment.
•  Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
•  Follows company policies and procedures.
