Are you an experienced plumber? Have you installed shower surrounds before? Experienced in bath remodeling? If you answer yes to anyone of these, then we have a position for you!

Reborn Cabinets is looking for Field Installation Managers for our bath solutions division. You must have at least 5 years prior experience in a related field. On this team, you will lead an installers and apprentice in learning more about this exciting career, mentoring and providing guidance
Responsibilities

• Work with multiple departments, customers and installer to coordinate and manage installation of in home bath remodeling projects
• Understand how to install acrylic and composite shower surrounds and perform shower valve installation and installation of showers pans and bathtubs.
• Perform daily check ins, monthly one on ones with staff and make sure your team has everything they need to perform their job effectively.
• Be willing to learn the Reborn process!

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, plumbing, remodeling or related field
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Attention to detail
• Must be customer service driven
• Must be able to pass background screening
• Must have a valid drivers license with valid vehicle insurance
• Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing and ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
