El Representante ayudera con ordenar partes por el cliente, contester qualquier pregunta, ayudar con coordinar citas para servicio, y hacer llamadas telefonicas de seguimiento.


El candidato ideal debe ser completamente bilingue, Ingles Y Español tanto oral como escrito.


Van Horn Automotive Group has an outstanding opportunity for a professional, self-motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Service departments in Sheboygan County. Must have written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English.

The Bilingual Service BDC Representative will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing service, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling vehicles for service
  • Ordering parts
  • Answering customer questions
  • Making customer follow up calls


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills
