Reineke Family Dealerships is growing and is currently seeking BDR Representatives for our growing dealerships.
BDR representatives respond to internet customer inquiries and other unassigned customer leads and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum sales and profit potential on these leads.
- Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
- Sets minimum of appointments per month based on objectives established by the manager.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Check email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately.
- Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
- Requires excellent phone and grammar skills
- Must have friendly voice and demeanor
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills
- Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational abilities
