Where you fit in
The Behavioral Health Clinician provides psychiatric clinical intervention services for patients and families. Administers direct and indirect patient care.
- Delivers patient-centered care reflecting the mission and values of Behavior Health and Community Health Network.
- Participates in admission, screening, data collection and discharge processes for patients/families.
- Provides therapeutic interventions based on multi-disciplinary treatment plan, which includes monitoring the milieu, individual therapeutic interactions, facilitation of psycho-educational groups, supportive counseling, and patient/family teaching.
- Ensures integrity of treatment milieu and safety for patients including the de-escalation of volatile situations.
- 4 year/ Bachelor’s degree required (Required)
- One (1) year experience working in health care or human services field. (Required)
