Job Purpose: As a Behavioral Health Tech at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the care and rehabilitation of the clients. These functions include - but are not limited to - consistently observing clients and documenting any change or unusual behavior, assisting therapy staff in group activities, monitoring social activities of clients - including family and visitors - as directed by the Program Manager, complying with Aspire and regulatory agencies by completing required training, efficiently documenting necessary paperwork for each program and communicating effectively via the required technology mediums to keep the agency abreast of any updates. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Ability to receive and maintain a(n) Level II Background clearance Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by the Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1 0 Applicable to the job position 1 Not applicable to the job position High School Diploma required Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. Other Qualifications: Must be flexible to work various hours; Good communication skills; Ability to work well with a diverse population of clients; Ability to work in a fast paced environment; Must be able to work independently; Good customer service and multi-tasking skills.
