At Step by Step EDU-Ther-a-Play, we work with individuals of all ages who have Autism, Intellectual Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and with challenging behavior and more.

We focus on Behavior change and support based on an assessment and implement strategies using a variety of techniques including relationship-based, Social Intelligence, Communication techniques, and tools (low and Hi-tech) as well as modified Applied Behavior Analysis.

We will train for the specific position to work with the specific client assigned. This includes our in house training EDU-Ther-a-Play certificatin, Register Behavior Technician training, data collection, working with families and other professionals.

This is a clinical position in which accurate data collection and narration is a critical part of the job.

A BA/BS is a requirement and we are looking for people with a background in Human Development and people who have experience working with this population. The pay rate is determined based on:

• 1. Experience 30%
• 2. Previous Training 25%
• 3. Education 20%
• 4. Skill level 15%
• 5. Interview questions 10%
