ERA Behavioral Solutions, Inc is currently seeking caring and enthusiastic Behavior Therapists/Technicians to work in-home and/or Center-Based setting with children and families with Autism and any other developmental disabilities. Pay Rate:

$18.00 to $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions at in-home, center-based, and/or school settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of BCBA supervisors
• Collect and record data based on client behavior to demonstrate clients progress in reaching goals in place
• Ethical conduct and utilize discretion when handling confidential information

Requirements – Entry Level:

• High School or Associated Degree
• Must have permit to work in the United States.
• Ability to work part-time on at least 3 weekdays (3pm-8pm)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting, health screenings, and provide/obtain immunizations.
• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities!

Preferences/Advantages:

• Exposure to individuals with Autism through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!
• Currently enrolled in university within psychology or related field or graduated from university with psychology degree or related field
• Fluent in Spanish or Armenian is a plus!
• Ability to work on Saturdays is a plus!
• You enjoy working with children and young adults
• You’re creative, kind, hard-working, and patient
• You can help children achieve their learning goals!
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), or Senior Behavior Therapist (2 years’ experience in ABA) a plus!
