BILINGUAL CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER - MATSEN

The Clinical Program Manager helps lead and provide program oversight, clinical services, and case coordination to adolescents with mental health or sexually aggressive behaviors in residential placement. We require:

  • A master’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, child development, social services, or related field
  • Mental Health or Social Work licensure eligible
  • Licensure in the treatment of sexually aggressive youth required (Matsen CPM only)
  • 3 years relevant work experience with youth or child welfare
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check & TB test
  • WA Driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
