Position Summary Details
The Customer Service Agent provides assistance and information to airport passengers.
Essential Functions
- Acts as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
- Greets and engages with passengers in and around the terminal area to offer assistance with directions, flight information and general inquiries
- Explains to passengers what services are available to them at the airport
- The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with misplaced or damaged baggage, create tracers to help locate baggage and coordinate the delivery of baggage to customers residence.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
