• Specialized Experience. you have 1+ years working with medical terminology, clinical research, or public health
• Call Center Experience._ you have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in providing customer service, in a call center inquiry response operations.
• Bilingual. you are fluent in both the English and Spanish languages.
• Education._ you have a high school diploma or equivalent._
