We are looking for a competent Payment Recovery Specialist to contact customers and collect outstanding payments. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. our payment recovery specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RECOVERY

  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Recovering declined payments for existing members
  • Processing on 10 different platforms
  • Working with Excel on daily bases
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to collect payments from past due accounts.
  • Minimum outbound call requirements per person: 80 calls daily
  • Has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and fellow employees.
  • Are self-starters, goal-oriented, and can work effectively within a team environment or independently as well.

PROCESSING

  • Review account status and ability to read transactions.
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Processing tickets submitted from call center
  • Issuing refunds, processing cancelations of member’s accounts
  • Ability to respond to emails and have effective communication.
  • Analyzing and responding to disputes/chargebacks
  • Processing chargeback prevention alerts
  • Minimum ticket requirements per person: 150 tickets daily
  • Minimum chargeback requirement per person: 30 daily
  • Processing on 10 different platforms
  • Has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and fellow employees.
  • Are self-starters, goal-oriented, and can work effectively within a team environment or independently as well.
  • Knows HIPPA

Qualifications

RECOVERY

  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Pass background check.
  • Good time & Attendance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge in Excel is a must.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast - paced environment.
  • Experience as a Collection specialist or similar role is preferred (Training provided for the right candidate).
  • Comfortable meeting goals and expectations.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation.
  • Has a proven track record of success in customer service.
  • Ensures quality work with accuracy by monitoring their own work.
  • Individual that adapts well with changes in the work environment, manages completing demands and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Team player that follows instructions, works well with others, takes direction from leaders, and able to solicit feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours:

Monday-Wednesday 8am to 5:30pm

Thursday-Friday 8am-12pm and 8am-5:30pm These two days rotate every week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
