The BMW Charge Forward Project Manager is responsible for managing an EV smart chargin program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of an EV smart chargin program to ensure that objectives and timeslines are met
• Communicate project objectives and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate the work of internal and external resources
• Manage project budget and procure budget from internal stakeholders
• Manage smart charging software development
• Develop business requirements and specifications for software implementation
• Coordinate software development and prioritize with respect to funding and resources
• Development and execute software test cases
• Support in research about smart charging (energy martket, utilities, authorities, EV, EVSE, etc)
• Explore future smart charing technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• One or more of the following:
  • 1+ years of experience in project management
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing
• 1+ years of experience in software development and/or business analysis preferred

Additional Skills

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage parties with potentially conflicting interests.
• Strong communication skills (presentation to internal stakeholders, sr. management, press/media, employees, dealers, customers).
• Experience in managing product launches or customer engagement initiatives
• Experience in liaising with authorities or working with research organizations
