Position Overview
The Part-Time Evening Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership. Hours are Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursdays from 3:00PM - 8:00PM, Wednesday's from 1:00 - 6:00PM, and Saturday's from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. There is opportunity for this role to advance to a full-time position.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with Clients, as well as, direct interaction with the Sales team and Service team, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
- Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
- Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
- Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
- General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
