BCBA/BCaBA

Locations we are hiring for:

Carolina Behavioral Innovations is a community-based agency providing in-home, school and community services.

We invite you to join a team dedicated to providing the highest

quality of community-based ABA services ( in school, day care, and home settings)

BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Responsibilities:

• Development of assessments utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary (i.e VB-MAPP, FBA, SRS, AFLS)
• Development of treatment plans
• Analyze data and implement data driven program changes
• Supervision of behavior assistants
• Supervision and oversight of a diverse caseload of clients
• Parent training

BCBA/ BCaBA Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Graduate degree
• Experience working with children
• One to two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
