A great opportunity has arrived in Worcester, MA! Behavioral Concepts (BCI), is currently seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.
Our behavior analysts are responsible for supervising behavior analytic programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as other developmental or behavioral disorders, and are responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians while given the tools to do so with ease and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organization, with the resources and clinical expertise to provide the highest quality services in the country!
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients evenings and weekends! (up to 15 billable hours a week)
- Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
- Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
- Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
- Conduct regular parent trainings for family members
- They will treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority. Part-time services are sought to be fulfilled just on some weekdays and preferably, Saturdays, at our learning center in Worcester, Massachusetts between the hours of 8:45am- 3:15pm (Saturday only).
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / MA Licensure- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Effective supervisory skills
- Organizational and management skills
- Demonstrated competency with administrative tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
- Effective team player
- Reliable, positive, enthusiastic, flexible, hard working
- Regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Pass background check
- Practitioners interested in research, as well as candidates with specific interests in functional analysis, verbal behavior, feeding, and other topics, are encouraged to apply.
