BookkeeperKatz Hillel Day School of Boca Raton is seeking a Bookkeeper who is organized and shows attention to detail. The position is responsible for the management of AP and AR, reconciling the bank accounts along with other financial needs related to the Business Office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understands central concepts of accounting - accounts receivables and accounts payables.
Process payroll in a timely manner
Utilizes QuickBooks to enter journal entries, order requests and recurring invoices.
Assist the Executive Director with financial reporting and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail oriented person
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
5 plus years of experience in related field
Previous experience in a school is a plus
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets and Excel
Ability to multitask in order to support staff and parents
