We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office Manager and enjoy interacting with other employees and working in a collaborative environment. The management team also prefers someone who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks, has excellent attention to detail and who can excel at working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Funcitons include: A/P Postings, Cash Disbursments, Payroll, Reporting
• Ensure that the office is clean and free from debris.
• Ensure that all employees have proper resources at their disposal.
• Various Food & Beverage Back Office Duites- office supplies, menu printing, marketing posters, staff manuals facilitiation.
• Calendar Entries and Reminders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
