We are a fast growing solar company located in the heart of North Hills, local to Raleigh in need of a very experienced accountant / bookkeeper.

This individual:

• To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
• Position is an office based positon with some hybrid flexibility
• You must have experience with profit and loss / balance sheets in excess of $10M
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Forecasting financial models
• Reconciling Bank Statements
• A/R - A/P
• Interacting with our CPA's, advisors and generating quarterly financials
• Able to work in an enviorment that is fast paced and be customer centric focused
• Proven experience as an Accountant or other similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks online and have a certification or pending (we may certify the right candidate)
• Experience with QuickBook Chart of Accounts for small business
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• Team builder
• Zoho CRM experience is not necessary but a big plus ++
• Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks
• Ability to stay organized when asked to do multiple tasks
• Capacity to work independently in a hybrid office as well as remote
• Excellent with attention to many details and a commitment to accuracy
• Communicate progress and results of tasks and jobs completed
• Self Motivated and able to work in a fast paced enviroment
• Honest, ethical, and hardworking with a strong desire to succeed
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
• Other duties may include but not limited to; booking appointments with our software, reconciling billing with our call centers, customer interactions before and after they purchase solar, procurement with our installers, interacting with our underwriting vendors for payments, inputing data to our CRM and onboarding new hires.
