Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Payroll processing for all employees using ADP
- Running commission statements on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc projects as necessary to support accounting functions
Background Expected of the Bookkeeper:
- 3+ years' experience in accounting activities including AP, AR, and payroll
- Familiarity with small business accounting highly preferred
- No education requirements, but any education must be paired with experience
