Bookkeeper / Office Manger with Contractor or Construction Industry Experience.
We are looking for an experienced business professional with financial background to oversee as well as perform daily office operations.
Required Proficiencies:
- Strongly proficient in MS Office, Excel, & QuickBooks
- Service Titan Experience a plus
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in office management (construction-related field preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and continual business process improvements with daily tasks and utilization of technology
- Familiarity with AIA billing and contracts
- Responsible for full-cycle AR/AP
- Month-end, quarter-end, year-end reporting.
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Monthly sales tax filings
- Vendor payables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Coordination of incoming service calls with field service crew, ability to prioritize urgent needs
- High priority is placed on confidentiality, professionalism in all situations, and trustworthiness
