Position Summary
Bookstore needs temporary employees at the beginnings of both fall and spring semesters. Customer services reps act as first point of contact between AACC bookstore and the public. They assist students in finding required course materials.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Bookstore Customer Service Reps assist and provide information to customers on the bookstore sales floor. Answer telephones.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail is a must. This is an entry-level position with extensive training. Bookstore customer service reps ensure that customers receive the proper required materials for their courses.
