Halsey Bottling is looking to hire a Bottling Operator. Please note this a manual labor intensive job. We are a small family-owned mobile wine bottling business with a reputable presence in the industry for 15+ years. We have multiple mobile bottling trucks that service the Napa Valley area and *Paso Robles area* with one goal, to deliver the highest quality bottling service to wineries and groups in the industry. We are looking for a Bottling Operator to join our team in *Paso Robles* who is highly motivated and willing to work hard.

Position Summary:

This position would be based in the Paso Robles area but our headquarters are located in Napa. Our bottling lines are mobile, so travel to various jobsite locations will be required. Each job will include set up of bottling line at new site, the bottling operation itself, and the break down and pack up of the bottling truck. Two employees are assigned to a truck, a Bottling Manager and a Bottling Operator. As a Bottling Operator, all tasks will be in assistance to the Bottling Manager. Mainly assisting with running and continuously monitoring the bottling line to ensure all equipment is functioning properly during production. Each bottling job length can vary from one day runs to multiday/weeks at one client site. There will also be opportunity to assist in other various tasks on non bottling days, such as providing back up, support, or other duties assigned by management.

Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:

· Set up and break down bottling line at the start and end of each job

· Monitor bottling line and assembly of equipment inside truck and ensure each piece of equipment is functioning properly

· Set up and adjustments to equipment including the filler, corker, labeler, and others on assembly line

· Refill supplies and stock on bottling line such as labels, corks, foils

· Assist with line sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures daily

· Light communication with Winery Personnel

· Light oversite of temporary bottling crew

· Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

Experience in bottling, wine industry, production, or with machinery is required. Must be:

· Willing to travel outside of Napa to various client locations

· Eager to learn

· Hard working

· Able to work on feet all day

· Attention to detail

· Problem Solver

· Self-Starter

· Work well under pressure

· Work well in fast-paced and changing environment

· Team player

· Lift up to 50lbs

· Communication skills

Position is full-time, hourly. Schedule M-F with frequent overtime daily.
