Position Overview:
The Manager, Boutique Operations plays an essential role in developing, leading and influencing people and strategies to achieve standardized processes, store process optimization and consistent brand execution across the company’s 470+ boutiques. The candidate will champion primary objectives, including payroll optimization, capturing performance information, and creating/managing tools that will improve field leadership visibility to metrics impacting operational and sales performance. The successful candidate will be a significant brand ambassador who is true reflection of our core values and is passionate about team member engagement, collaborative efforts, and seeking solutions that maximize ease of execution and results.
This position reports into the Director of Boutique Operations and has incredible growth and development potential.
What you’ll do:
  • Acts as a proactive partner between cross functional teams
  • Ability to effectively articulate conclusions and recommendations to the leadership team
  • Strategically builds, leads, and maximizes project teams in order to achieve project plans on time and within budget
  • Develops dashboards that help field leaders identify trends, act on compliance issues and drive performance and effectiveness
  • Continually leading process improvement – identifying any risks, gaps and potential weaknesses with the ability to produce solutions
  • Reviews and provides data concerning market trends to the leadership team
  • Collaborates with field leadership and boutique management to ensure execution of corporate initiative
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5+ years of progressive corporate or multi-store retail experience
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and previous experience with a high growth retailer is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving deadlines, exceeding goals and excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to be an ambassador of the company and an excellent influencer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
