About the role:
The Brand Manager is responsible for launching and managing the ongoing business/marketing support for new product platforms for Liquid I.V. They will develop the go-to-market strategy and see through to execution the fully integrated creative campaigns tied to new launches or content streams. This role will focus on driving a streamlined full funnel consumer journey, ownership, and accountability of business performance within a given product platform, and progress against clearly outlined KPI’s, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager in the Marketing team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create full funnel campaigns based on an on-brand big idea with integrated 360 cross-functional ecosystems.
- Own the development of fully integrated campaigns for key new item launches (new product platforms) when they are ready to go-to-market.
- Product platform accountability and business understanding – this individual will be responsible for tracking business performance across new product launches across the retail market, providing assessments on performance to senior leadership, and proposing short and long-term marketing plans to support growth.
- Work cross-functionally across sales, finance, ops, media teams to develop and deliver growth plans and also provide product platform performance and forecasting insights for demand plans.
- Analyze consumer insights and translate them into marketing campaign and growth strategies.
- Operate through the lens of DEI and diversity goals.
- Own timelines and workflow of all assigned projects end-to-end from kick-offs to post mortems.
- Consistently track, analyze and report key quantitative metrics/KPI’s per project.
- Manage timelines, asset delivery and review meetings with cross-functional teams, external agencies and upper management to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Manage asset review and handover process for all paid media including brand and product campaigns, retailer promos, and routine creative refreshes.
- Analyze & provide asset feedback to creative & content teams while adopting paid media learnings.
- Collaborate with retail marketing team on sell-in support decks and campaign retail marketing assets when needed.
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights team on campaign testing process and learning application- creating stimulus, maintaining workflow, summarize feedback, implement into marketing plans
- Stay on pulse of culture and trends, up-to-date on competitor marketplace in food & beverage, health & wellness.
- Create and release a routine trend report on brand campaigns, product innovation, cultural moments, trend forecasts, product/retailer/ sales trend forecasts.
- Assist in creative agency management.
- Be consumer obsessed + product obsessed!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience launching new products to market.
- Experience deconstructing business performance leveraging data analysis specifically in Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, or a similar data source.
- Experience in forecasting a plus.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary media (social media, content marketing, influencers, video, mobile).
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in health and wellness space a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:
- Hybrid/Office environment with flexibility for industry events. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office and up to 10% travel.
The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
