Job Responsibilities:
- Service Repairs on Carpet, Tile, LVP, Hardwood, etc., on in production and occupied homes.
- Assist supervisor with measuring projects and prepping projects when needed
- Assist supervisor with warranty service and repairs
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of experience in carpentry or related field
- Bilingual experience preferred but not required (English/Spanish)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance as required by state law and your own vehicle.
- Required to use your own tools
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers/homeowners
- Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, and co-workers
