Building Maintenance Technician Apartment complex DIRECT HIRE $54,000 - $58,000 Malden, MA
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Every other weekend on-call rotation)
Responsibilities:
As a hands-on professional, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property's operational objectives.

- Expected to have a flexible work schedule
- Must be physically able to climb a ladder and move heavy items
- Needs 2+ years' experience in maintenance painting, light electrical, repair dishwashers, garbage disposals other miscellaneous duties as assigned
