General Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading the implementation and managing the use and access of all finance systems and reporting tools; providing main report writing functions; troubleshooting, and resolving end user issues with report data; and performing a variety of analytical and statistical work.

Major Responsibilities:

• Project lead on finance software and system implementations including but not limited to, Sage Intacct as an ERP, BNA for fixed assets/leases, Concur for AP workflow, OneStream, consolidation/budgeting/forecasting directed by BBNC, an integrate timekeeping solution, and querying/reporting programs.
• Manage access and use of finance software and systems and troubleshoot issues for users.
• Facilitate updates and support from finance software and systems vendors.
• Develop, design, validate, deploy, and document recurring/ad-hoc reports required by BBCH management and other end users.
• Perform quality assurance and essential data audit checks to ensure accuracy of reports.
• Identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions related to system processes and reports.
• Research questions and research data integrity reported by end users.
• Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
• Develop and manage management dashboards/tiles, business analytics, and data visualizations (using tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Assist with annual audits, budget/forecasting exercises, and insurance renewals.
• Assist with evaluating accounting processes and proposing improvements.
• Act in a senior accounting role as backup to others, when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of accounting experience.
• May consider a combination of education and experience.

Competencies:

• Comprehensive knowledge of general finance, treasury, forecasting and budgeting
• Proven organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate data, compile statistics, and prepare reports, graphs, tables, and charts
• Advanced skills related to the consolidation and reporting of financial results, and formulation and implementation of accounting procedures
• Advanced Excel including the ability to manipulate large data sets and execute data modeling
• Detailed knowledge and experience using Costpoint and Spectrum
• Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and practices
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in gathering end user requirements, documenting and organizing information
• Professional focus and drive to assist with large-scale changes
• Highly proactive and planful with a proven track record participating in delivering successful transformation projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
