Business Analyst (Carmel, IN)
Summary
We are looking for a positive, quick-learning individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a business analyst, you will be helping the Customer Success team provide the best service to our customers. You will be responsible for brainstorming solutions to problems that our customers are facing, investigating issues reported by clients, assisting with training and demos where needed, and more. We need someone who loves to learn and is always looking for ways to improve our processes.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Finding creative solutions to problems facing end users
- Assist with training new users in using the application
- Demo software to potential new customers
- Write “Change Control Documents” to ensure mutual understanding between the development team and customers regarding upcoming changes to the system
- Read through trading partner specifications and summarize them for other team members
- Load data (medical codes) into customer environments
Business Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with computer applications and an aptitude for learning them quickly
- Enthusiasm for learning new things and a willingness to become a subject matter expert in Spyglass
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with HIPAA formats and/or claims processing is a plus, but not required
Work Schedule
Full time. Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Flexible schedules available with the potential to work from home occasionally after 90 days!
