Leveraging their strong technical background, ERP knowledge, exceptional project management skills, and meticulous nature, our Business Analyst / RFP Analyst will effectively manage and uplevel the RFP process, collaborating with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to craft thorough, thought-provoking RFP responses that position Blytheco as the partner of choice for organizations seeking digital transformation.

Our Accomplished Business Analyst / RFP Analyst will:

  • Respond to initial RFP requests in a professional, articulate, and timely manner.
  • Review and submit Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to appropriate team members for approval.
  • Perform research on prospective clients, reviewing website, industry, and market trends, to gain valuable insight into the potential business challenges they may face, enabling us to better address solutions in the RFP response.
  • Conduct interviews with SMEs, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors.
  • Collaborate with software selection consultants, internal team members, Subject Matter Experts, and 3rd parties to develop creative solutions tailored to the scope of the RFP.
  • Effectively manage multiple requests, creating proposal schedules to ensure stakeholders and collaborators submit deliverables within specified timeframes.
  • Review and thoughtfully integrate collaborative input and information into cohesive and easily digestible content.
  • Craft comprehensive, compelling RFP responses that thoroughly address the required specifications and are delivered within the proposed timeframe.
  • Utilize natural leadership ability to coordinate and collaborate with solutions engineer, SMEs, and internal stakeholders in the development of high-impact, tailored software demonstrations that position our software as the optimal solution to solve complex business challenges while clearly articulating Blytheco’ s competitive advantage.
  • Obtain, track, and monitor internal approvals, pricing, and contracts information throughout the RFP process, as required.
  • Continually review and refine scalable processes to ensure RFPs reflect the most current company, solutions, and services information.
  • Attend onsite meetings with clients, as needed.

Breadth of Knowledge, Experience, and Unique Traits You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing comprehensive, technical proposals OR experience as a business analyst or ERP consultant.
  • Strong technical bent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Software industry experience and/or exceptional ERP knowledge and proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Project management experience with proven ability to successfully manage multiple project and competing priorities is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of accurately articulating proposal objectives to stakeholders, internal teammates, and 3rd party vendors.
  • Flair for breaking down complex solutions or concepts and turning them into easily digestible content.
  • Talent for developing creative solutions that solve complex business challenges.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve tight timelines.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and follow up/follow through skills
  • Excellent computer skills to include typing, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • A meticulous nature with strong attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
