As our new Business Banking Specialist, you will be a supporting actor to the Business Banking division and play a vital role in enhancing the member experience as well as ensuring operational excellence. You will have the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and deepen the member’s relationship established with First Entertainment Credit Union. You will possess an elevated level of business acumen and will support the Business Banking Manager to increase revenue and expand our member base through the successful origination of Business Deposit Accounts, Business Loans, and Cash Management solutions. Moreover, you will have the ability to be immersed into the development of policies and procedures for business products and services.
Not only will you assist business members with their financial needs and servicing requests, while identifying opportunities to effectively offer products but consumers as well. You will have the ability to unearth and anticipate potential needs of the business and/or consumer. You will be equipped with knowledge in business loans, services, delivery channels, rate pricing, underwriting and funding, and back-office deposit administration. Furthermore, you will be in possession of strong interpersonal skills that will be utilized to fortify the relationship First Entertainment Credit Union has with the surrounding business community. You will have great oral and written communication skills that will be used when contacting members and educating them about new products and services being offered. Come serve as the next Business Banking Specialist and be the conduit for business members to relay their concerns and servicing needs to the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of least 3 years in business banking, operations, and member service. Additionally, this individual will have achieved a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or be in possession of an equivalent combination of education/experience.

- The minimum and maximum annualized hourly base range for this position is $38.02 to $57.02 in California. The target starting hourly rate is between $38.02 and $47.52.
