Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to warm prospects to discuss benefit options
• Handle incoming calls from prospective clients
• Set appointments with prospects and advisor
• Conduct initial Fact Finder to gather information from prospects
• Document calls and notes with prospect in CRM systems

Experience:

• At least one-year Financial Services & Life Insurance experience preferred
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Office required (excel/word/outlook)
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred

Pay: $50,000 per year + bonus potential
