McGuireWoods has an opportunity for an individual to support our litigation departments as a Business Development Coordinator in our Richmond or Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing and business development initiatives of the firm and its various legal practice groups.

- Maintain and update collateral, representative work, and website content.
- Support team with seminars, webinars, receptions, sponsorships and attorney speaking engagements (includes: invites/eCommunications, agenda prep, materials management, RSVPs, website presence, external sponsors, etc.).
- Facilitate survey/rankings submissions.
- Maintain various lists critical for reporting on BD plan ROI.
- Track opportunity outcomes and targeting efforts.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, business and practice development, or a related field; exposure to a law firm environment is a plus.
- Excellent time management, job management and multitasking skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid attention to detail, ensuring a quality product.
