Job Summary:

WellNow Allergy is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our Allergy practice throughout the WellNow footprint. This individual will call on primary care, internal medicine, ENT and pediatric physicians, as well as hospital systems and healthcare administrators in various geographic regions to develop referral networks for our allergy services. The main function of this role is to build relationships in the communities where we operate in order to raise awareness and drive patient referrals to our WellNow Allergy clinics.

This is a new role within our Allergy practice and an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to make a significant impact on our organization. This role will help shape what the Business Development function looks like within Allergy and can grow into a leadership position with the right level of success and goal attainment.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the allergy leadership team and local WellNow allergy providers and staff to to develop target lists

- Develop relationships and consistent communication strategy with referring providers

o Conduct face to face presentations to community physicians with patient referral potential

o Educate referring providers on WellNow Allergy services and create forums and opportunities for local WellNow allergy providers to meet new referral partner(s)

o Promote WellNow Allergy services through community engagement opportunities including but not limited to meet and greets, breakfasts, lunches, clinic visits

- Partner with Marketing on development of promotional materials, tools, and event planning

- KPI attainment of expected monthly call activity, clinic visits, meeting completed, and events attended as designated by allergy leadership team.

- Conduct market research, competitor analyses, and relevant information gathering

- Become an expert in the allergy space and stay up to date on current trends the field, attend industry conferences and local events as assigned.

- Develop and propose a strategy (“the What”) and execution plan (“the How”) to achieve desired outcomes in our target markets

- Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
