Branch Development Manager,

First Choice Services is the premier provider of business refreshment services throughout the United States. We offer a wide variety of services, products, and state of the art equipment to support office breakroom needs.

As a Business Development Manager, you will ensure your assigned clients are satisfied with the product or services they purchased, answer client questions, assess product or service problems, and resolve issues in a variety of ways using best practices to ensure client satisfaction. Add new products, equipment and services to keep the customer updated and continue to provide enhanced benefits for their workplace.

Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution. Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues. Set up face to face meetings with existing accounts and new business prospects. Identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients, and sell the products and services necessary to satisfy the need.

Actively solicit new business opportunities and add new accounts within assigned territory every month.

60% time spent prospecting and acquiring new business / 40% time spent account management and upgrade existing base of business

Position Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
