*Job Requirements:* Product-line, industry knowledge – Exp, turnkey packages, field installations, plant maintenance, field repair, field machining, pump repair working through trusted shop partners, just to name a few! Successful candidates will exemplify the below characteristics in addition to having success in an industrial sales role. Industry established with a book of business to actively start working from. Drive to win – generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base. Adaptable and resilient – overcome objections of prospective customers. Periodically conduct information-only presentations, such as trade show demonstrations. Relationship builder – Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales quotas. Perform professional presentations of company service(s), build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth. Demonstrated success in developing program-level services offerings Strong background in selling profitable solutions and services Strong Hunting-Business Development Skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, share point, Skype Willing to travel out of state for extended amounts of time if required to get the job done Must have experience working in an industrial sales setting Use current week to plan for following weeks, always have at least a two week look ahead Capture of turn arounds, shutdowns and revolving maintenance reliability packages Turn-key rotating equipment installation packages for pulp and paper, municipalities, wastewater refinery, power & energy, pipeline etc. *Key Performance Objectives:* Spearhead new equipment service and installations of pumps,compressors and turbines Partner with original equipment manufacturers such as SPX, Flowserve Corporation, DXP, Grundfos Holding A/S, Gould’s, National Pump, and Xylem Inc, presenting turn-key installation packages *Capture master service agreements with new clients “MSA”* Capture new equipment installations on upcoming pipeline projects, plant expansion, turn around work and maintenance contracts. Pay: $85,798.00 - $93,527.00 per year
