Stuckey Automotive, the area’s largest automotive group, is recruiting ambitious, responsive business development specialists to provide a level of customer care that will help our company maintain its loyal customer base and gain market share throughout central Pennsylvania.

The Job:

• Meet our minimum threshold for appointments booked daily
• Exceed our daily quota for outgoing calls
• Confirm all appointments; reschedule missed appointments accordingly
• Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally using our script
• Directly respond to all emails, chats / texts, and messages with accuracy
• Engage with prospects immediately after store visitor
• Cultivate an open line of communication with all contacts for up 120 days after introduction
• Maintain a history log; record appointments, inquiries, and next steps
• Stay abreast on the latest technologies and news in the automotive industry
• Foster open and honest relationships with team and management
• Exercise leadership skills to mentor team members

Qualifications Skills/Requirements:

• BDC / Call Center / Administrative Assistant experience
• Proficient knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean, polished appearance becoming of our team
• Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid PA-issued Drivers License

This can be a very lucrative and rewarding position. Given the opportunity of this position, special consideration will be given to those with a minimum of one year of experience handling a high volume of phone calls.

This is a full-time position with swing and Saturday shifts.
