VIP Staffing is growing in the South Dallas area and we are looking to add a Business Development Consultant to our team!
Base Salary is DOE (plus-monthly commission and BIG annual bonus opportunities)
Overview:
- Responsible for new business development and account management for customers in your assigned territory.
- Cold calling and prospecting
- Responding to customer's hiring needs
- Managing the ongoing customer relationships
- Servicing Existing accounts
- Qualify prospects
- Take accurate job descriptions
- Customer visits and quality calls
This position has a base pay plus generous commission plan
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years staffing sales background a plus
- Business to Business sales experience in other industries will be considered
- Strong personal drive
