As Ascend's Business & Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for guiding a challenging major expansion. You need to be a self-sufficient, independent, take charge person who enjoys working at a fast, time sensitive pace, while providing tangible, creative solutions. As Business & Financial Analyst, you will:

• Study the company’s internal and external business and financial data to drive business investments, project development, and overall business and financial strategy across multiple departments including finance, call center, marketing, CRM, clinical practice (EMR data integrity/integration, patient appointment analysis, HR, etc.).
• Facilitate assigned projects by serving as a liaison between users and developers, setting and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results.
• Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership on the major forecasting, financing and business strategies and operations of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or related field required
• At least five to seven years of related experience.
• Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment banking a plus
• Experience in a multi-entity environment, a plus
