Job Responsibilities

• Works with business to define user groups needed to support business operations
• To troubleshoot performance issues and to promote best practices
• Able to handle change/incident management requests
• Schedule and automate processes, work with stakeholders to optimize reporting performance
• Engages with BI developers, business analysts, client service teams and technical teams to understand needs for projects to provide BI infrastructure, along with providing consulting, expertise and support
• Adherence to client-side admin processes and checklists to deploy to test, stage/UAT and production environments
• Follows data governance standards, frameworks, templates, naming conventions and adheres to best platform management practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Expertise in Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL Server and Cloud Database platform administration including installation, upgrades, patches, provisioning internal, external users and user groups
• Bachelor’s degree from Tier I/II colleges (Post Graduation – Good to have, not mandatory)
• 2+k years of experience in data analytics role with expertise in Power BI & Qlik Sense
• Highly motivated, strong problem solver, self-starter and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and independently
• Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
