The Business Intelligence Developer I will be responsible for defining and implementing business intelligence (BI) technologies and services to enable the analysis of data to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business requirements. Performs needs analysis, design, testing, configuration, and deployment of business intelligence applications and reports.

• Designs and develops solutions for business intelligence (BI) needs.
• Provides technical guidance to end-user to best address business
• functional requirements.
• Collects and maintains table and field level documentation.
• Manages one or computer-based information systems and formulates and recommends policies and procedures to effectively administer those systems.
• Interprets departmental rules and policies related to information systems and recommends new and improved programs to effectively manage the information systems functions.
• Implements multi-dimensional models, including the construction of data views, dimensions, and cubes.
• Designs and implements required ETL scripts.
• Develops, implements, and maintains test strategies and plans.
• Works with users and leaders to identify and document BI requirements and solutions.
• Helps define BI strategies and effectively communicate user requirements.
• Develops and implements reports and queries to drive business processes.
• Compiles ad hoc data and report requests.
• Provides team with business and technical support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and two (2) years of related experience or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• Knowledge of advanced features in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of databases connectivity (i.e. SQL 20).
• Knowledge of programming languages, concepts, and practices.
