Are you passionate about Eary Childhood Education? We are actively seeking a qualified Office Manager to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently to make sure the daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone, scheduling appointments and coordinating schedules
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain trusting relationships with parents and team members
- Perform receptionist duties
Skills:
- Experience at an office, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment (scanning, faxing, computer)
- Organizational and time management skills a plus
- Problem-solving a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office, Excel, Constant Contact
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
