Job description

Artimus Robotics - located in Boulder, CO - has an exciting opening for a Business Operations Specialist. This position is a full time salary position to begin immediately. This role will report directly to the CEO/co-founder focused on taking over many day-to-day operational and administrative tasks while also being exposed to a wide variety of one-off and special projects required of a fast-paced, hard-tech start up. The role will also have the opportunity to interact nearly daily with other technical co-founders of the company, in an effort to optimize their time and output. This role is fit for a generalist with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and self-motivated team member who is excited to be part of a dynamic work environment and is eager to make significant contributions as part of a small team. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must. The right candidate values variety, process, and organization above all else. The candidate must be able to easily transition between time-sensitive and immediately-focused tasks, with long-vision and forward-focused tasks. Operational and administrative experience is not required though it will be highly valued. Our seed-stage company is in the process of expanding and this position offers ample opportunity for growth in both roles and responsibilities. It is expected that this role may grow into a chief of staff, operations management, or even COO position in time. At this time, the business operations aspect of this job does not demand a full time workload, and thus additional special projects in support of sales, business development, marketing or a variety of entrepreneurial activities will also be expected of this role.
