Busser/Dishwasher

Rosa’s Café is looking for Busser/Dishwasher employees! We love happy, friendly, honest, hard-working people! Rosa’s Café takes pride in our customers and employees. We ensure that the customers are pleased while dining in our restaurant. We want to keep tables clean and available to sit at in the dining area. Everyone loves to have a clean table to eat at!

Job Characteristics

Busser/Dishwasher:

• Pleasantly greet customers. Smiles always make for a better experience!
• Ability to communicate with the customers and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clean environment for customers and employees.
• Ability properly clean/wash the dishes and use equipment properly.
• Ability to lift and take out trash from trash cans to the dumpster.
• Ability to power wash the parking lot drive-thru and patio areas.
• Must meet cleanliness and sanitation standards set both by the Health Department and Rosa’s Café.

Qualifications:

• Prefer open availability schedules (including weekends).
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
