CAD Designer/Estimator

Are you a CAD Designer or Estimator looking for more challenge in your work life? Do you have a sense of urgency to get the projects completed as quickly as possible? We are looking for a team member with a sense of urgency to complete projects quickly and in a quality manner. We are booked for all of 2023 with projects. We need your help to complete the projects and grow the company, are you ready?

Job duties include:

· Creating As-built drawings of existing residential homes to be improved

· Modify the home layout to meet the customer expectations

· Request construction permits as needed for projects requiring them

· Create material lists from the drawings by doing manual and automated takeoffs

· Estimate construction costs based on standard formulas and square/linear footage measurements

Job Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential construction/drafting

· Associates degree in construction management or CAD

· 3 character references

Pay is $40,000 to $50,000 per year. You will receive paid holidays, paid vacation, health, eye and dental insurance and an exceptional environment to grow in. Thank you.
