Job description
Location: Port Orange, FL
Job Duties:
- Facilitate all Call Center Activities to include:
- Cold Call new leads/prospect Development
- Follow up calls to existing customers
- Re-engagement calls to customers haven’t heard from recently
- Create sample packs to send to new leads
- Enter date as completed
- Generate and send emails to follow up on sales calls made
- Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers and directing the call to the appropriate salesperson
- Must have excellent telecommunications skills
- Must have good speaking voice
- Must be proficient with Windows 10 and Microsoft Programs (word, excel, outlook)
- Must have at least 1 year of practical experience working in a call center environment
