Hello! We are a brand new outdoor company that manufactures truck bed campers right here in Denver, CO and we are growing fast. We are looking for someone to join our small team, who has the opportunity to grow with an exciting company that builds great products.

We are looking for someone that enjoys problem solving and can improve on systems and processes, and in return you get to work for a company that:
- Builds really cool products that customers love

- Has opportunities for you to learn new skills and grow within a company by making improvements
- Has a Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 6:15pm schedule (we want our team to take Fridays off to go camp/ski/adventure)

Job Duties Will Include:
- Using power tools
- Forming metal panels and applying to camper
- Cutting holes for windows, fans and accessories
- Applying adhesives and sealants
- Cutting and applying trim
- Attaching doors and hardware
- Applying badging and finishes
- Installing campers onto customer trucks
- Making process improvements

Skills and requirements needed:
- Able to work with others and control their emotions
- Problem solving seen as an exciting challenge, not a chore
- Willing to learn
- Have a good attitude and help represent the product
- Be efficient with your work
- Be able to understand fine details and adjust your techniques to build a superior product
- Be able to stand in the shop all day and work in and around camper shells
- Be competent with using power tools and shop supplies (we will train on specific tools)
- Being an avid camper or outdoor person is also a plus!
