What you will do

As a Recruiting Coordinator (Candidate Care Specialist), you are part of Stryker’s North America Talent Acquisition team focused on creating amazing Stryker brand experiences for all our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

This is a hybrid position, you must be able to come to a Stryker facility occasionally

10% travel requirement is in case of team building activities.

  • You will own scheduling on-site and/or virtual interviews for our candidates, partnering with our travel vendors to create seamless transportation plans when appropriate.
  • You will work through difficult challenges to ensure we schedule top talent quickly and seamlessly to explore opportunities with Stryker.
  • You will own the on-site experience for candidates, which may include being the “face” of Stryker during their visit where applicable.
  • You will help control costs associated with travel, manage expenses, and verify costs are allocated appropriately across divisions.
  • Your Candidate Care peers will train you following our brand CCS standards to help Candidates at multiple divisions across the US and Canada.
  • You may work with recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle, up to and including: interview training and techniques, participating in career fairs, recruiting opportunities for lower level roles (under the guidance of a Stryker recruiter), and participating in strategy sessions with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • The core of what we do is serve our customers – internal and external.

What you will need

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 5+ years of office experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Must have high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to manage time and high workloads.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
  • Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
