Job description

Delivery Services schedules and routes deliveries, creates delivery manifests, updates customers on delivery statuses, and ensures safety and compliance.

- Scheduling and routing product deliveries

- Creating manifests for delivery

- Preparing / fulfilling delivery orders

- Checking patients information to ensure eligibility

- Keeping customers informed of delivery status

- Proficient with computer skills and data entry

- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously

- Staying up to date on new products, strains, changes in laws, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of service to customers

- Weighing and packaging products if needed

- Providing recommendations on cannabis products based on patient requests

- Work successfully and efficiently under a fast-paced environment

- Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times

- Available to work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
