(EXCEL, ACCESS, SQL AND CRYSTAL REPORTS)
EXPERIENCE WITH PULLING DATA FROM MULTIPLE SYSTEMS & ANALYZING THE DATA
Position summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and execution of Capitation, Group Health and other assigned reimbursement projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for the analysis, accounting and profitability improvement for Capitation including risk pool settlements, claims performance, membership reconciliation, and the Hospital’s self-insured Group Health program. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Four years of experience in managed care IT environment. Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL and Crystal Reports as well as experience with claims reporting and data management.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline. EZ Capitation System.
$94,000-$109,000 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
